Can I pay by direct debit?
This is the most popular method as it ensures your policies remain up to date (and remain in force).

Do you give advice on your tax matters?
Currently we do not have an advisor but plan to have one join us in 2006.

Do you do motor insurance?
Not yet.

What if my wife/husband won’t let me change?
We don’t offer marriage guidance.

What are your terms of business?
Our “Key Facts Document” sets out our terms of business and the areas we are authorised to operate in.

Are there any charities you do not support?
We will send money to any registered charity but reserve the right to check first to ensure we send to a just cause.

What if I don’t want to support a charity?
No problem, we will send a cheque to you or your best friend, whichever you prefer.

Where do you get the money from to pay the charities?
All brokers are paid a commission from insurance companies for selling their products; we give some of it away as a way of saying thank you.

 

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
